Bradley Fleitz brings 15 years of hands-on expertise as a master tile craftsman to the world of digital marketing. Over the past decade and a half, he built his own tile company from the ground up—expanding from a one-man operation into a thriving business with two fully staffed locations. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, Brad has completed hundreds of installations, earning a reputation for both artistry and reliability in the tile industry.

Having experienced firsthand how a strategic marketing program and SEO/LLM Search Optimization can transform a construction business, Brad now applies those insights to help other craftsmen thrive online. He’s overseen campaigns that doubled organic leads, improved local search rankings, and leveraged conversational AI to qualify prospects exponentially. As Growvia AI Marketing’s cofounder and Director of Client Relations, Brad combines his deep industry knowledge with data-driven digital strategies—ensuring that small-town tile shops and large renovation firms both benefit from the same growth he engineered for his own business.
Gerardo "Tony" Mena is a former U.S. Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman (SARC) and decorated veteran. He has been published in The New York Times among other places and has performed his work at charity events alongside actors Jake Gyllenhaal, Adam Driver, John Turturro, and others. Since leaving the service, he’s leveraged his leadership and discipline in digital strategy—first as Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and AI Specialist at Army University Press and now as co-founder of Growvia AI Marketing.
An innovator of emerging AI technology, Tony has pioneered AI-driven solutions across multiple industries. He developed one of the first AI audio-trainer platforms tailored for youth athletics, blending machine learning with sports science to boost coordination and endurance (did you know his youth wrestling team has won 3 Missouri State Titles?). At Growvia AI Marketing, he leads the design of GEO search optimization frameworks, crafting content that propels clients to the top of search results.
